The following includes a list of items that may not be sent through the ParcelPoint service. ParcelPoint and its Agents also reserve the right to not accept any parcel even if it is not listed as a dangerous good or prohibited item. Dangerous goods

Explosives, Flammable Gases, Non-Flammable, Non-Toxic Gases, Toxic Gases, Flammable Liquids, Flammable Solids, Spontaneously combustible substances, Items that are dangerous when wet, Oxidising substances, Organic peroxides, Toxic substances, Radioactive material, Corrosives, Miscellaneous dangerous goods, eg dry ice, batteries, life saving appliances that may contain dangerous goods, eg matches and flares, Magnetised materials, Cryogenic liquid

Prohibited items:

  • All liquids
  • Live animals
  • Anything that is not or cannot be properly packaged so as to not be damaged or cause damage
  • Items where possession or carriage is prohibited by law
  • Narcotic substances
  • Drugs and pharmaceutical products
  • Pastes, powders and tablets
  • Perishable foodstuffs
  • Banknotes and coins
  • Bullion
  • Sharp and pointed articles
  • Unsolicted indecent or offensive material
